There is rarely any staff on premises, and their sole housekeeper/clerk badgered my friend and I during the entire stay about shutting down the aircon unit whenever we left, even if it was just for a 5 minute trip to 7/11. Being that it took forever to recover, it made for an uncomfortable stay. Angry reaction when requesting clean towels, trash removal. Seems as if they want to collect room rental and then spend as little time and expense to provide even the most basic of accomodations. Large rooms two blocks from beach, microwave and hot water for tea are the only positive. No parking, as advertised. Refused to honor GENIUS benefits from Booking.Com. There are many well run guest houses on this soi, avoid this one at all costs.

I booked this place with Booking.com and after reaching there he didn't give us the room. It's very sad to get this kind if treatment. This place had a booking.com rating showing off a score of 8.1, I wonder why??!

I came there to find a room. I've been standing there for 10 minutes and ringing the bell and no one has come. I tried to found some staff around, but still no luck. I saw there trip adviser's award for 2014 with 8 points. Probably something changed.

ok for budget close to beach and all you need. restaurants nightlife and beach all within ewalking distance. Night market is just up the road. large rooms I booked two rooms and we had a large group and were more than comfortable. just a little in need of some updating. Plenty to do in the area we went for Sonkran and enjoyed the stay and will come again

Очень удобный для проживания гостевой дом , отличное расположение , пляж в 100 метрах , улица тихая , хотя и довольно оживлённая , обстановка простая , номера просторные , есть полный набор бытовой техники , аутентичная для Тайланда атмосфера пребывания в этом мини отеле , для тех кто любит погрузиться в местную обстановку . Балкон с креслами и сушилкой для белья . Приветливые и доброжелательные хозяева , отзываются по любым вопросам . За три недели отдыха только позитивные впечатления .
